Cancellation Policy

A 50% Deposit of the Total Amount is due on Booking. This becomes the Cancellation Fee up to 24 hrs before Arrival. If Cancelled within 24 hrs of arrival or "No Show", then 100% of the Total Booking will be charged.

Bookings made more than 1 month before arrival will be Charged 25% of the total Amount owing on the Booking. Another 25% Deposit is due 1 month before arrival and the Balance will be due on, or before, the morning of Arrival.

Your Email is required as we send an Itinerary on the morning of arrival, with a Code for the Key Safe to access your property Key. This Itinerary includes Confirmation of full payment for your stay at Townsville Terrace.​



Check In Instructions

Key Safe is at the rear of the property, your email is required by us so that you can receive a 4 digit code on the morning of arrival to access the key safe.

Check Out Instructions

Key to be returned to the key safe on departure, please remember the key code. Rubbish to be placed in external bins, dishes washed and returned to cupboards, property left neat and tidy.
